Products should be unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned with their original tags and packaging, wherever applicable.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

4. Size Exchange

Size exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, subject to review and availability. For other size-change requests, please contact us to check whether an exception is possible.

5. Refunds

Once an eligible return is approved and the item has been inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, where possible, within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law. Bank processing times may vary.

6. Return Shipping

Please contact us before sending a product back so we can provide return instructions. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we will explain the applicable shipping arrangements.
